It has been pleaded that the petitioner got married to one tinku on 12.8.2011. The marriage was registered on 23.2.2012 under the Hindu Marriage Act. petitioner is pregnant. Respondent nos.4-6 are not happy with the marriage and, therefore, have forcefully taken away the petitioner. Petitioner is being kept in illegal confinement.
Issue notice to respondent nos.4 to 6 through Station House Officer, P.S. Kotwali Nagar, District Faizabad.
It is directed that that respondent nos.4 to 6 shall remain present in Court and Durgesh Nandini shall also be produced.
