As per order dated 23.2.2012, further proceedings in the complaint case were stayed. The petitioner was asked to deposit Rs.10,000/- in Court for enabling mediation in conciliation proceedings. It was further made clear that if the amount is not deposited within the specified time, benefit of order will not be made available to the petitioners.
As per office report, the amount has not been deposited.
In view of above, interim direction issued vide order dated 23.2.2012 is hereby vacated. Proceedings may give go on before the trial court.
Let a copy of this order be conveyed to the trial court through Registry of this court.
