Heard learned counsel for the applicant/appellant and gone through the affidavit filed in support of the same.
No objection has been filed to the instant application by the opposite parties.
On due consideration, the delay in filing the instant application is condoned and the application is allowed.
Let necessary amendment be incorporated in the array of opposite party no.6, within a week.
As legal heirs and representatives of deceased respondent no.6 are already on records and, as such, there is no need to take steps.
