Meanwhile, the effect and operation of the impugned judgment and award dated 7.2.2012 passed by the Additional District Judge/Special Judge SC/ST Act, Meerut in M.A.C. No. 16 of 2007 shall remain stayed provided the appellant deposits 50% of the amount awarded by the Tribunal within four weeks. Any amount already deposited shall be given adjustment. The Registry is directed to remit the statutory amount to the concerned Tribunal within three weeks.
