By the order dated 31.10.2011 the stay order was discharged. An application to restore the said stay order was filed. It was dismissed in default on 12.1.2012.
The present restoration application has been filed to recall the orders dated 31.10.2011 and 12.1.2012 to their original numbers.
Cause shown is sufficient.
The orders dated 31.10.2011 and 12.1.2012 are hereby recalled and the stay order and recall application are restored to its original number.
