Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
One of the points which requires consideration is whether the lease-deed in question is for a period of 5 years only or 51 years, as mentioned in the impugned orders.
Learned Standing Counsel prays for and is allowed one month's time for filing counter affidavit. Two weeks thereafter are allowed to the petitioner for rejoinder affidavit.
List for admission/final disposal after expiry of the aforesaid period.
Until further order of this Court, operation of the impugned orders dated 15.12.11 and the appellate order dated 11.4.12 shall remain stayed, provided the petitioner deposits 50 percent of the deficiency determined within a period of one month from today. Any amount already deposited will be given adjustment.
