Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that that after retirement the deduction of Rs. 94,783/- has been made from his dues which has been illegally withheld.
Learned standing counsel submits that vide Annexure No.1 the petitioner had given in writing that in case there is excess payment to the petitioner, the Director can withhold the payment. However, we find from Annexure No. C.A.-1 that cutting regarding stoppage of payment has not been authenticated by any person.
