Heard learned counsel for the appellants, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
Prayer for bail has been made by appellants, namely, Rajendra Prasad and Smt. Basant kumari, who have been convicted under sections 363, 364-A,365 and 506 I.P.C. and sentenced to undergo maximum sentence of life imprisonment with total fine of Rs. 31,000/- each by Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.2, Lucknow, in Session Trial No. 1297/06, arising out of case Crime No.35 of 2005, P.S. Saadatganj, District - Lucknow.
Considering the role of the accused-appellants, we are of the opinion that the appellants are not entitled to be released on bail. The prayer for bail is hereby rejected.
Office is directed to prepare paper book and list the appeal for final hearing in the month of July,2012.
