Shri Nkhil Kumar appering for the respondents no. 12,13,15.16 submits that the order has been passed by Lucknow Bench of this Court in which similar controversy is involved. He prays for some time to place the order passed by the Lucknow Bench of his court before this Bench.
Shri H.R. Misra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not aware of the order passed by the Lucknow Bench of this Court.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, we grant two weeks time to place the order passed by the Lucknow Bench in which the similar controversy is involved.
