Shri Ashok Mehta, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is allowed four weeks  time to move an application  to bring on record  the nature of duties  actually performed by the petitioner so that it can be assessed  by the Court as to whether  the petitioner was  discharging  any clerical, manual, skilled and unskilled  nature of work so as to fall within the  definition  of workman as provided under the Industrial Disputes Act  1947  and as to whether he can be relegated  at this stage  to the remedy provided by the special forum i.e. [The] Industrial Disputes (Banking and Insurance Companies) Act 1949.
