Smt. Lalmati Devi has approached this court for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.4 viz. District Magistrate/Administrator, Milk Producer Cooperative Societies Ltd., Unnao, to decide her representation of the petitioner dated 18th of March, 2012.
By way of said representation the petitioner claims employment on compassionate grounds, her husband Sri Virendra Singh Chauhan having died in harness on 20th of September, 2010.
Soas to lay proper foundation, the petitioner is required to place on record the scheme applicable to the employees of Respondent No.4 in context of compassionate appointments.
The petitioner has to first establish her right to claim employment on compassionate grounds.
The case is adjourned to be listed after the required documents are filed.
