The applicants had earlier filed the Application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. No. 37160 of 2012 which was dismissed as not pressed on 19.11.2012.
Since the prayer made by the applicants in this application is identical and based on the same cause of action to that made by them in the earlier application, this Court is of the view, that this matter may also be placed before Hon'ble Mr. Justice Sunil Hali who has passed the earlier order.
Put up as fresh before Hon'ble Mr. Justice Sunil Hali after obtaining nomination from The Acting Chief Justice/ Senior Judge, if possible on 11.12.2012.
