Ms. Suman Sirohi, learned Standing Counsel states that she has received instruction. On the basis of instruction, it is submitted that initially the petitioner applied under the B.P.L. category, thereafter on receipt of the complaint, a committee was formed, an inquiry was made and it was found that the petitioner did not fall under the B.P.L. category and, therefore, both the petitioner as well as respondent no.4 were considered under the A.P.L. category and since the respondent no. 4 was senior to the petitioner, she has been selected as an Aaganbari Karyakatri.
Learned Standing Counsel may bring all these facts by filing an affidavit.
