A counter affidavit has been filed by the respondent Annexure CA 8 indicating that the service provider has intimated the Land Conservation Officer, Gorakhpur by its letter dated 17.08.2012 that the appointment letter of the petitioner has been cancelled.
In view of the aforesaid, no relief can be granted to the petitioner.
The writ petition is dismissed.
