Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner is physically handicapped to the extent of 50%. As per government policy, disabled person is not to be transferred and yet the petitioner has been subjected to transfer from Agra to Kanpur.
Sri R.D. Sharma, Advocate, has put in appearance for respondent no.3 and has accepted notice on its behalf.
Sri Rahul Shukla, learned Standing Counsel, accepted notice on behalf of respondent nos.1 and 2 and prays for short adjournment to file short counter affidavit as regards the reasons for transfer of the petitioner.
Let short counter affidavit be filed by 31.8.2012.

Operation of impugned order, Annexure-1, in regard to transfer of the petitioner shall remain stayed only till the next date of listing.
