After passing of order dated 28.1.2010, no progress has been made in the proceedings. On most of the dates, learned counsel for the petitioner did not put in appearance.
Respondent-State has not complied either with the order dated 28.1.2010 or 22.5.2012.
List on 22.8.2012.
If on the date fixed, Director, Medical & Health, does not file a report before this court in compliance of order dated 22.5.2012, he shall remain present in court.
It is also made clear that in case counsel for the petitioner does not appear on the next date of hearing, the petition would be dismissed for want of prosecution.
