Learned State counsel prays for time to file counter affidavit.
Case has already been adjourned four times for filing of counter affidavit, but till date needful has not been done.
Learned State counsel has apprised the Court that communication was sent to the Superintendent of Police, Barabanki, on 14.2.2012 and again on 22.3.2012 to send the comments so as to assist this Court, but the needful has not been done.
Superintendent of Police, Barabanki, is directed to remain present in Court alongwith counter affidavit indicating the criminal history, if any, of the applicant.
List on 19.4.2012.
Registrar shall ensure compliance of this Court.
