As per statement of the prosecutrix under Section 164 Cr.P.C., the prosecutrix was taken to Mumbai by the applicant and kept for about two months per force. One day, the prosecutrix borrowed telephone from a passer-by and made a call to her father informing him about her whereabouts.
Respondent-State is required to show to this court the statement of the father of the prosecutrix so as to ascertain whether the above stated narration of the prosecutrix in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. is true or not.
