By means of instant writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the judgment & order dated 15.9.1995, passed by State Public Services Tribunal, Lucknow by which claim petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed.
From perusal of record, it reflects that the petitioner had preferred claim petition before the Tribunal challenging his reversion from the post of Draughtman as well as for confirmation, seniority and promotion. It also reflect that at the time of filing of instant writ petition i.e. in the year 1996, the petitioner's age was 56 years and, as such, he must have attained the age of superannuation long back.
However, no one appears to press this writ petition when the case was called out.
Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed having become infructuous.
