Inspite of time having been granted earlier by this Court, no counter affidavit has been filed. On 20.3.2012 further time was granted to file counter affidavit. Learned standing counsel has again prayed for time.
It is unfortunate that the State-respondents do not comply with the orders passed by this Court.
On the request made by learned standing counsel, list this case on 2.5.2012, on which date, if no counter affidavit is filed, the respondent no. 2, Director of Higher Education, U.P. Allahabad shall appear alongwith the record to assist the Court.
