This application has been filed for correction in the order dated 16.3.2012. Application also seeks correction in the memorandum of bail application.
It has been pointed out that correct name of the father of the applicant is 'Paras Nath Tiwari', and not 'Prakas Nath Tiwari'.
In view of the pleadings, application is allowed.
Correction in the memo of application for bail be made.
Order dated 16.3.2012 is corrected. Father's name of the applicant shall be read as 'Paras Nath Tiwari'.
