Ref: Civil Misc. Substitution Application No. 5504 of 2012 This is an application for substitution of Surendra Mohan Prasad in place of Ram Avtar who has died on 7.1.2007.
An affidavit has been filed by Sri Rajneesh Kumar Dwivedi, Insector of Income Tax attached with the office of Assistant Commissioner of Income Tax, Najibabad. It has been stated in para-2 of the said affidavit that notice has been served on legal heir i.e. Surendra Mohan Prasad on 2.12.2011. The application is supported by an affidavit.
The substitution application is allowed.
Let the name of Ram Avtar be deleted from the array of parties and in his place the name of Surendra Mohan Prasad be substituted.
