Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
It appears that the sentence "The relationship of landlord and tenant is not in dispute." in first line of third paragraph, has wrongly been transcribed in the judgment dated 31.1.2012. The said sentence is expunged from the judgment.
The application is disposed of.
