Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been appointed as an Aaganwadi Karyakatri after the selection on merit. Thereafter, the petitioner's selection has been cancelled.
The contention of the petitioner is that without giving any opportunity, the appointment has been cancelled. The petitioner, by the letter dated 15.4.2011, sought the copy of the order by which the appointment has been cancelled but the same has not been provided till date.
Learned Standing Counsel is directed to seek instruction in the matter and produce the copy of the order by which the appointment of the petitioner has been cancelled.
