The contention of the petitioner is that he could not receive the information about the medical examination and when he requested for the medical examination, the same has been denied.
On 29.9.2011, learned Standing Counsel was directed to seek instruction. He submitted that the instruction could not be received.
In view of the above, put up on 12.10.2011 as fresh. Meanwhile, learned Standing Counsel may seek instruction and place the record by which the information has been given to the petitioner calling upon him for medical examination.
