Sri Amit Sthalekar, learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the wife of the deceased has filed Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 35871 of 2011 and the claim of the petitioner can be decided only along with the claim of the alleged wife. Therefore, this writ petition may be connected along with the writ petition filed by the wife of the deceased.
Connect it with Writ Petition No. 35871 of 2011. Tthe respondents may file counter affidavit within a period of four weeks. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within two weeks thereafter.
