Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant writ petition does not relate to the issues, which are engaging attention of this Full Bench. It is submitted that only prayer in this writ petition is for issuing a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents not to enter into any sale-deed with the private respondents and to permit them to lift the compensation. It is submitted that this writ petition be de-linked from the Bunch of writ petitions being heard by this Full Bench.
The prayer made is allowed. This writ petition is directed to be de-linked from the Bunch of writ petitions being heard by this Full Bench. It will be listed before the appropriate Bench hearing such matters.
