The petitioner is a Safai Karmi. He has been transferred from Gram Badagaon Vikas Khand Bhitaura to Gram Panchayat of Mansoorpur Sukurulla Vikas Khand Teliyani by the order dated 25.6.2011. Now by the impugned order dated 9.9.2011, the said transfer order has been cancelled without giving any reason.
The contention of the petitioner is that after the earlier transfer order, he has settled himself to the transferred village and now it will cause great hardship if the petitioner may be asked to go to the same village.
Learned Standing Counsel is directed to seek instruction in the matter that under which circumstances the transfer order has been cancelled by the impugned order.
