The petitioner is challenging the impugned transfer order dated 16.9.2011. In the impugned order, it is mentioned that the petitioner has been transferred in pursuance of the order of the District Magistrate, Gorakhpur dated 15.9.2011.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there is no order of the District Magistrate dated 15.9.2011. The transfer has been made on the behest of the Minister without any reason.
Ms. Suman Sirohi, learned Standing Counsel is directed to place the order dated 15.9.2011 passed by the District Magistrate, Gorakhpur.
