This is an application seeking modification of the order dated 14.9.2011.
It is contended that respondent no.6 has died and her legal heirs were brought on record in application seeking restoration of the writ petition, however no such order has been passed in the writ petition. Impleadment of the legal heirs of respondent no.6 stands already passed in the restoration application. They shall deem to apply in the proceedings in the writ petition also.
Registry is directed to incorporate necessary correction in the title cause of the names of legal representatives of respondent no.6. After correction is made, notice shall be issued to the legal heirs of respondent no.6 in terms of the order dated 14.9.2011.
