Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that despite the order dated 31.12.2010 passed by the District Programme Officer, Sant Ravidas Nagar, Bhadohi directing the Bal Vikas Pariyojana Adhikari to cancel the appointment of respondent no. 6-Smt. Rita Devi, Smt. Rita Devi is being allowed to work and the claim of the petitioner has not been considered.
Learned Standing Counsel is directed to seek instruction in the matter.
