The petitioner claims that she is allottee of the land in question and is in possession over the same since 1975. The petitioner is now sought to be dispossessed. The petitioner has not filed any document to the allotment of 1975.
Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the she may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition along with the details of allotment and the order approving the same.
The writ petition is dismissed with the said liberty.
