In pursuance of the advertisement dated 27.1.2011 for the post of Clerk in the office of the District Supply Officer, Hamirpur, the petitioner applied. The petitioner has been subjected to various examinations and test, which were contemplated, and also appeared in the interview held on 30.3.2011 but without declaring the result of the said interview, a fresh advertisement has been issued on 5.9.2011, which is being challenged in the present writ petition and further for a direction to declare the result of the examination held earlier in pursuance of the earlier advertisement.
Learned Standing Counsel prays for some time to seek instruction in the matter.
