The petitioner is challenging the transfer order dated 3.8.2011 passed by respondent no. 5. In paragraphs-7, 8 and 12 of the writ petition, it is stated that several allegations of malafide have been raised against respondent no. 5.
Respondent no. 5 is directed to file counter affidavit particularly on the averments made in the aforesaid paragraphs. The petitioner is directed to serve the copy of the petition to respondent no. 5 along with certified copy of this order within three days and respondent no. 5 is directed to give his reply within a week.
Put up on 27.9.2011 as fresh.
The joining of the petitioner at the transferred place shall be subject to the decision of the writ petition.
