The petitioner has not annexed the order of the Chief Engineer (Complaint), P.W.D., Lucknow, dated 28.3.2011. The petitioner has challenged the order dated 3.5.2011 passed by the Executive Engineer, P.W.D., Etah, which is a consequential order in pursuance of the order of the Chief Engineer (Complaint), P.W.D., Lucknow.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has not been provided the copy of the order of the Chief Engineer (Complaint), P.W.D., Lucknow and, therefore, the same could not be filed.
In view of the above, in case if the petitioner applies for the copy of the order passed by the Chief Engineer (Complaint), P.W.D., Lucknow, the same may be provided within two days.
