Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Gauri Shanker Maurya, learned counsel for the opposite party No.2.
The petitioner has prayed for issuing a writ of co-warranto against the opposite party No.4 as well as a writ of mandamus to opposite party No.2 to consider the petitioner's representation contained in annexure No.16 and 17. At this stage the petitioner confines his prayer to the extent to issue direction to opposite party No.2 i.e. the District Basic Education Officer, C.S.M.Nagar to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25th of January, 2011 (Annexure No.16) for his renewal on the post of Shiksha Mitra. Therefore, without entering into the merit of the case, the writ petition is disposed of finally with the direction to the opposite party No.2 to take a decision on the petitioner's representation within three months after receipt of a certified copy of this order.
