In paragraphs- 2 & 5 of the order dated 26.8.2011, in place of order dated 5.6.2011, 15.6.2011 be read. In the said order, the petitioner was directed to file certified copy of this order within two weeks and the same has been expired. The petitioner is allowed two weeks time to file certified copy of the order and respondent no. 4 is directed to pass appropriate order within two months from the date of filing of the certified copy of the order.
The application is allowed.
