The petitioner is seeking the benefit of order dated 19th of May, 2006, passed in writ petition No.3791 (SS) of 2005, whereby the respondents have been directed to pay the salary to the petitioner which is applicable to the post of Sweeper. The said benefit is extended to the petitioner with liberty to the opposite parties to verify the date of appointment of the petitioner as the regular pay scale is permissible only when the petitioner is appointed on the regular basis and against the substantive vacancy.
In the aforesaid terms the writ petition is disposed of finally.
