Learned counsel for the applicant contended that due to some inadvertent mistake year of the case crime number has wrongly been mentioned in the prayer clause of the bail application. Hence, the same was also wrongly transcribed in the order dated 25.8.2011.
Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer clause of the bail application.
In the second line of the last paragraph of the order dated 25.8.2011 year of the case crime number is corrected as 2011 in place of 2009.
The correction application is accordingly disposed of.
