Learned counsel for the applicant contended that there are four accused in number. However, in the order dated 24.8.2011, the name of only one applicant has been mentioned. He further contended that even in the array of the parties of the aforesaid order only the name of applicant no. 1 has been shown.
The array of the parties be corrected by the concerned Section/computer section.
In the first line of the last paragraph of the order dated 24.8.2011, after the name of applicant Hanumat, the name of other applicants namely, Shishupal alias Shippu, Asha Ram alias Ramu and Sarman are incorporated. In this order the wherever the words 'applicant' and 'his' were transcribed, the same may be read as applicants and their/ them respectively.
The application is disposed of accordingly.
