Learned counsel for the applicant contended that in the order dated 1.8.2011 a condition was imposed that if there was no criminal history, then the applicant be released on bail. However, the criminal history was explained in paragraph nos. 6, 7 and 8 of the affidavit filed in support of the bail application.
In second line of fifth paragraph of the order dated 1.8.2011 after the case ' and cases shown in para 6, 7 and 8 of the affidavit' are incorporated.
Correction application is accordingly disposed of.
