Heard learned counsel for the parties.
It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicants that this is the first time extension application moved on behalf of the applicants for grant of extension of time.
Accordingly, the time extension application no. 261929 of 2011 is allowed.
As prayed, two weeks' further time, from today, is granted to the applicants to appear and surrender before the court below pursuant to the earlier order of this Court dated 17.08.2011. In case, the applicants do not appear before the court below within the aforesaid extended period, no further time shall be granted.
