Learned counsel for the applicant contended that in the rejection order section 34 was not shown, hence, in the prayer clause of the present bail application the same has also not been mentioned. Accordingly, in the bail granting order dated 11.8.2011, the section 34 was not transcribed.
Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to make necessary correction in prayer of the bail application.
Subsequently, mistake has been corrected by order dated 23.8.2011. Copy of the order has been supplied along with correction application.
In the third line of the fifth paragraph section 34 is incorporated after section 411.
The correction application is disposed of.
