Despite time having been granted on earlier occasions and lastly on 19.7.2011 when a month's further time and no more was granted to file counter affidavit but the same has not been complied with.
Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, it is directed that the respondents shall ensure the benefit of time scale after completion of 8 years service and thereafter 14 years of service is given to the petitioner by the next date of listing or the respondents may show cause by filing counter affidavit.
