List on 22.09.2011. On the said date affidavit of original appellants Rajbir and Prem shall be filed stating therein that they do not have any objection to the impleadment of Dharampal and Binay as appellants along with them in second appeal.
Meanwhile, learned counsel for the respondent may also file counter affidavit to the impleadment application file on28.02.2009.
Meanwhile, as an interim arrangement it is directed that if Dharampal and Binay seeking impleadment deposit Rs. 50,000/- before the Executing Court, execution proceedings shall remain stayed until next date of listing.
