Learned counsel for the petitioners states that after my judgment and order dated 29.07.2009 petitioner have been dispossessed from not only 14 acres of land which was involved in the writ petition but also from 1.6 acres of additional land which was undisputed and was their own land. No action has been taken against Consolidation Official/ Officer as per my judgment and order dated 29.07.2009 and even F.I.R. has not been lodged against him.
Sri S.P. Mishra, learned Standing Counsel is directed to seek instruction in this regard within two weeks and required to ascertain the position regarding dispossession.
