The sugar cane crop standing on the land in dispute shall be auctioned in such manner that purchaser shall be permitted to cultivate the same till it matures and to cut away and remove the sugar cane latest by 29.02.2012. Even the respondents are permitted to bid for the same. The amount which is realized in auction shall be adjusted in the damages required by my judgment to be paid by the respondents. Realization of the balance amount may be postponed till the standing sugar cane crop is auctioned.
