The contention of the petitioner is that he has been appointed as a Constable in the year 2006. The entire selection has been cancelled by the Government but the same has been set aside by this Court and S.L.P. against the said order has been dismissed. Therefore, the petitioner services will be considered from the year 2006. In this way, five years service have been completed and, therefore, in view of the condition mentioned in the Government Order, the petitioner is entitled for leave.
On the request of learned Standing Counsel, put up on 6.9.2011 as fresh. Meanwhile, she may seek instruction in the matter.
