The petitioner is working as Aaya in Rajkiya Bal Grih, Balak, Varanasi. She has been transferred from Varanasi to Allahabad.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that she is a Class IV employee and getting nominal salary and in case if she will be transferred from Varanasi to Allahabad, it is difficult for her to maintain at Allahabad.
Put up on Tuesday i.e. on 6.9.2011 as fresh. Meanwhile, learned Standing Counsel may seek instruction in the matter that why she has been transferred from Varanasi to Allahabad.
