Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was working as a Constable. It is admitted that since 3.2.1986 the petitioner is not working.
The contention of the petitioner is that neither the petitioner has been suspended nor he has been terminated still the respondent is not permitting the petitioner to join.
Learned Standing Counsel is directed to seek instruction particularly paragraph-7 of the writ petition.
